Who We Are
Kadupe Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated on 21st August 1996 as a private limited liability company with an initial authorized share capital of one million (1,000,000) shares. This was subsequently increased to one hundred million authorized shares, of which one hundred and fifty million (150,000,000) shares were issued and fully paid.
The bank was granted a provisional license to operate as a Community Bank on 31st May 1996 and commenced operations on 25th September of the same year. Following regulatory approval, it was transformed into a Microfinance Bank with effect from 1st January 2010..
